annual awards evening

The club's 3rd annual Awards Evening will take place at the Annexe Inn in Lydney on Saturday 12th October, starting at 7pm.
 
Tickets (which include a buffet) are on sale at £14 but £12 if you buy before the end of September.  If you would like to buy or reserve tickets, please contact either Caroline Stanley or Nikki Salter.  Contact details are as follows:

Tickets will also be available at the club on Monday club nights + Finals Day on September 14th as from 2pm.
 
The format for the evening will be a quiz followed by the buffet followed by the presentations and finally the raffle.
Raffle tickets will be on sale during the evening and if people can bring raffle prizes or donate them to Caroline, Nikki or myself in advance, that would be greatly appreciated.
 
Finally could all trophy winners from last year please return their trophies to Caroline, Nikki or me or leave them in the club house.  If you could do so by Finals Day on September 14th that would be greatly appreciated, as trophies will need to be engraved by Awards Evening.
