Where did April go?
Please find attached the calendar for May. One or two points:
This is open to all junior members of the club and is being organised by Caroline Stanley. The format will be decided once entries are known.
If you would like to enter, please let Caroline know by email ([email protected]) or by signing up on the notice which will be placed on the Junior Notice Board in the club house.
Either way, please sign up by Thursday May 16th.

Where did April go?
Please find attached the calendar for May. One or two points:
- Social tennis for club members on a Wednesday morning as from 10.00 has been added as a regular feature. This is being organised by Julia Goss.
- Club member Rachael Wong has reserved 1 court on a Friday from 6.00-7.00 for a few weeks for some coaching.
- The Dene Academy will be using the club's facilities to run a 'Road to Wimbledon' competition for juniors from the area's comprehensive schools on Friday afternoon of May 10th.
- We shall be running our own 'Road to Wimbledon' event on Sunday 12th starting at 2pm, which may affect the 3pm social tennis slot but I shall send round an email once numbers for the event are known.
- There is also a Boys 16 & Under team match on Sunday 19th but as yet the time has to be confirmed. Fraser needs 2 courts for coaching from 9.00-2.00 and provided the teams can get their doubles played by 2pm, they should have their singles completed by 3 in time for social tennis.
