LYDNEY TENNIS CLUB CHRISTMAS DINNER
THURSDAY DECEMBER 5TH 7.30pm for 8.00pm
AT THE BUTCHER’S ARMS, CLEARWELL

FESTIVE STARTERS 
SOUP (V) 
Our classic home made minestrone soup served with oven baked bread and butter. 
PATÉ 
Course farmhouse and mushroom pate, onion marmalade and toast. 
BAKED CAMEMBERT (V) 
Mini wheel of camembert oven baked with crusty bread, salad leaves and tomato chutney. 
POTTED CRAB 
Potted crab in shallots, thyme and garlic with crusty bread and grain crème fraîche. 
SMOKED SALMON BAGEL 
Smoked salmon toasted bagel with a lemon and chive crème fraîche. 

FESTIVE MAINS | £9.95 
SERVED WITH VEGETABLES, ROAST POTATOES, NEW POTATOES AND PARSNIPS. 
ROASTED CROWN OF TURKEY 
Sausage in bacon with homemade sausage, chestnut and apricot stuffing, with cranberry gravy. 
SALMON SUPREME (G) 
Baked salmon supreme, with a cheddar and chive sauce. 
ROAST BEEF 
Served with Yorkshire puddings and gravy. 
MUSHROOM, BRIE, HAZELNUT AND CRANBERRY WELLINGTON (V) 
Mushroom, brie, hazelnut and cranberry encased in puff pastry with vegetarian gravy. 
LEG OF LAMB 
Sausage, redcurrant and port stuffing with mint gravy. 
PORK LOIN 
Sausage, cider and apple stuffing, crackling and a cider and sage sauce.
