Club coach Fraser Drew is offering a free cardio tennis lesson for juniors aged 15 and under next Sunday (17th) at 11am for one hour.
'Cardio tennis is a fun, sociable tennis-based fitness class. Supported by motivating music, a session consists of a short warm-up and cool-down either side of a 40 minute workout, with the chance to hit lots of shots mixed with a variety of fitness activities.'
There are only 12 places available, so please text Fraser on 07590 479901 as soon as possible to reserve a place.
