Just in case you have been wondering why you still continue to receive emails even though you are no longer members, the system we have currently in place is that I as Chairman have an email Distribution List of members from 2012 + any new members who have joined since last September and our club Secretary, Nikki creates a new members' list from scratch as subs start coming in as from April 1st. At the July committee meeting, Nikki gives me her list which I then cross-reference with mine. After that, I phone those who were members in 2012 but who haven't re-subscribed and by the time of the September committee meeting, we have a fully up-to-date list of the club membership. Once I've completed my phone around, I can then delete from the Distribution List those who are no longer members.
So if you haven't yet re-subscribed for this year, you should be getting a phone call from me at some stage in the coming weeks and once the phone around is complete I will then inform the membership.
