1) Club Championships
As usual the Club Championships will start on Bank Holiday Monday (29th August) with Finals Day on Saturday September 17th. These will be open to older junior + senior members of the club. If you would like to enter, please let me know by email or sign up on the Notice Board in the club house. Either way please do so by the end of July. A reminder will be sent later.

2) Great British Tennis Weekend (16th/17th July)
The last GBTW weekend in May was a great success and we hope that the next will be also. The programme at the moment is as follows:
Saturday 16th July
10.00-1.00: 'Open Courts' for non-members/'Open Social' - tennis + coffee/cake for members + friends.
People will be asked to say if they intend coming along, at what time and who with to help with planning.
1.00+: The annual 'Junior-Senior Tournament'
The junior must be a club member but the adult doesn't have to be a member of the club.

9.00-10.30: New Zealand coach Mark Milburn to coach on 3 courts.
11.00-2.00: Free coaching by head coach Rachael.
2.00-5.00: 'Touch Tennis Tournament'

3) Visitors
Now that we are well in to the summer playing season, a reminder that members may bring visitors.
The procedure is that junior visitors pay £1 per visit and seniors £2 which should be placed in the safe-box on the wall in the club house. Members are also asked to sign in visitors in the red visitors' book.
4) Court Bookings for Junior Matches
Saturday 25th June: U12 Boys Team needs 4 courts from 1.30 for their singles, then 2 for their doubles.
Sunday 26th June: U14 Boys Team needs 2 courts from 1.00 for their singles, then 1 for their doubles.
