Hi All
I should have included this in the covering email that went out with the calendar on Friday. Thanks to Fraser's father, Chas we now have a safe-box attached to the wall as you enter the club house for any visitors' fees. As stated before, this is done on an honesty basis but if you bring someone down to the club who is not a member, the required procedure is that you sign them in in the red Visitors' Book on the table by the main door and then place a £1 (juniors) or £2 (adults) visitors' fee in the safe box. You are not expected to contribute a fee if you are a parent who comes down to practise with your son or daughter.
The calendar that is sent round as an attachment to all club members can also be found on the club's website and may include extra information or clarification.
A reminder also that we expect juniors under the age of 14 to be supervised and that older juniors if unsupervised will leave the premises securely locked and tidy, with rubbish in the bins and lights switched off etc..
Best Regards
Martin Godwin (Club Chairman)
